Returning

The return / exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"):

• if it has not been used;

• preserved product appearance (no stains, snags, bends and dents);

• preserved integrity of the seal, label, original packaging;

• completed and attached return application.

If you have visually evaluated the product and realized that you do not like it, or felt discomfort during the fitting, you can always let us know and we will solve this problem together with you.

If the product does not fit or has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for any other product or refund your money. To do this, you need to contact our managers through the contact form or write a message through any messenger.

You can return the product through the "Nova Poshta" delivery service within 14 days after purchase. After receiving the product, our managers inspect it for wear or other damage and transfer the refund to the card. Refunds are made within 2 days of receiving the goods.

The exchange can be made within 14 days. The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging and all tags, without signs of wear or other damage.
